“My young person has been with Apex for approximately 12 months. The staff team have been hugely committed to helping him progress towards adulthood despite a number of challenges which have tested the placement stability. My young person has struggled in care due to his adverse childhood experiences. Regulating his emotions and making choices in his best interest have been difficult for him. There have been a number of incidents where most placements would have thrown in the towel feeling unable to carry on, but not A pex. I cannot praise and thank the staff team enough for their dedication and hard work. They have offered my young person the stability needed to developed trusting relationships with them to promote meaningful engagement. My young person has grown as a person and his outcomes have improved as a result of his time with Apex. Thank you.”
